Wiregrass Board of REALTORS® (dba Wiregrass REALTORS®) is a member-based trade association established to assist its members in the business of real estate in the Wiregrass area. We represent members on important real estate-related issues to state and federal government, while providing legal assistance, professional development opportunities, discounts, and other unique services for its membership. Real estate licensees who join Wiregrass Board of REALTORS® also become members of the Alabama Association and the National Association of REALTORS®.

The Purpose of this WIREGRASS REALTORS ® website is to provide the public, particularly people who are interested in relocating to the Wiregrass area, a means for locating real estate offices.

To promote the success of its members by providing programs, services , resources and education while maintaining a positive REALTOR® image and enhancing the members ability to conduct their businesses successfully with integrity and competency.

The Wiregrass Board of REALTORS® strategic planning process consists of a review of Core Standards required by the National Association of REALTORS®, and issues, trends, opportunities and challenges that impact the industry and organization. Issues are analyzed to assist to identify core values for the organization and create strategic initiatives and strategies to enhance the business and service operations of the Wiregrass Board of REALTORS®, the membership and the consumers they serve.

The Strategic Plan is a guide for the organization to develop and implement products, programs and services that enable the Wiregrass Board of REALTORS® to be a comprehensive source of information and a valuable provider of services. This plan should directly influence operational decisions, committee activities, and implementation of priority projects and allocation of the Boards’ resources.

Monitoring and measurements of progress are essential to the process and should be reviewed periodically to ensure the viability of the plan.
